Artist Bio:
Jim Dine is an American artist known for his role in the Pop Art movement. He uses everyday objects and themes in his work. Born on June 16, 1935, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he gained recognition in the 1960s for his paintings, sculptures, and prints featuring motifs like hearts and tools. 

Dine has a strong connection to the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, which has showcased and collected his work over the years. Known for his symbolic depictions of everyday objects, Dine’s art aligns with the Walker’s focus on innovative and impactful contemporary art. Exhibitions at the Walker in the 1960s and 1970s helped to elevate Dine's presence in the American art scene, and his works remain part of the museum's collection, highlighting his influence on modern art.

In-house shipping is available for coins, jewelry, and sterling. Please note a $10 handling fee is added to the cost of shipping. Additionally, all shipments require full insurance & signature required. 

All other items will be shipped through our local UPS service. Once your items are ready to ship, you will receive an invoice directly from UPS. 

If you wish to use your own shipping provider or choose to use a third party for pickup, please notify us no later than 2 days post auction.

We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment. If buyer needs an item shipped to an alternate address, then payment must be made by wire transfer. All shipments must be fully insured/ declared at their full purchase price. The recipient is responsible for any/all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. International shipments are a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by SebastianCharles.
