Shipping
For local pickup, please call 612-280-1377 to confirm a pickup time.
In-house shipping is available for coins, jewelry, and sterling. Please note a $10 handling fee is added to the cost of shipping. Additionally, all shipments require full insurance & signature required.
All other items will be shipped through our local UPS service. Once your items are ready to ship, you will receive an invoice directly from UPS.
If you wish to use your own shipping provider or choose to use a third party for pickup, please notify us no later than 2 days post auction.
We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment. If buyer needs an item shipped to an alternate address, then payment must be made by wire transfer. All shipments must be fully insured/ declared at their full purchase price. The recipient is responsible for any/all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. International shipments are a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by SebastianCharles.

We carefully inspect all items before anything is listed in our auctions. As such we promise that any item listed is authentic and the contents are as cataloged. Please note that SebastianCharles authenticity guarantee does not extend to subjective condition descriptions. While SebastianCharles strives to accurately note all conditions, it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to determine that condition matches their expectations. Any questions about condition can be directed to admin@sebastiancharles.com.
Jewelry:
SebastianCharles guarantees the weight, purity, and authenticity of diamonds as cataloged.
Sterling Silver:
SebastianCharles guarantees weight, purity, and authenticity of silver.
Artwork, Antiquities, and Designer Goods are also included within the SebastianCharles Authenticity Guarantee as explained above.

Winners and Payment:
Within 24 hours after the auction, an email will be sent to you containing your invoice and payment methods/instructions. Invoices over $2000.00 must be paid by check, wire, or Zelle unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
If you prefer to pay in cash or have a tax-exempt form, please contact the auction house before the auction closes.
