SebastianCharles Auctions invites you to our April 23rd Art, Jewelry, and Design online auction.

It showcases various artworks including those from Sydney Laurence, Kevin Red Star, and Richard Jolley. Each artist featured in our auction offers their unique perspective and inspiration for collectors and enthusiasts alike to explore and expand their aesthetic ambitions. In addition to art are important items from the Eisenhower estate, various unique jewelry pieces, Saturday Evening Girls pottery, glassworks, sterling, and much more. With this auction, we recognize artistry, innovation, and historical significance.

Shipping

For your convenience, in-house shipping is available for coins, jewelry, and sterling.  Please note a $10 handling fee is added to the cost of shipping. Additionally, all shipments require full insurance & signature required.

Third-Party Shipping (UPS Stores):
For items that cannot be shipped by us, SebastianCharles will facilitate shipping through one of our two UPS affiliates.

Items are usually shipped within 3 weeks of auction close.
If you’d like to use your own shipping provider please notify us no later than 2 days post auction. 

Shipping Requirements: We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment. If buyer needs an item shipped to an alternate address, then payment must be made by wire transfer. All shipments must be fully insured/ declared at their full purchase price. The recipient is responsible for any/all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. International shipments are a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by SebastianCharles.

Payment

Within 24 hours after the auction, an email will be sent to you containing your invoice and payment methods/instructions. Invoices over $2000.00 must be paid by check or wire transfer unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer.

Taxes

All purchases are subject to state and local taxes where and when applicable.

Catalog Description

The purpose of this catalog is only for the identification of merchandise. It is our intention to give an accurate description to the best of our knowledge and note any defects we may be aware of. However, the auctioneer makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information given on any merchandise found in the catalog.

Condition of Items

Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do not guarantee the value, condition, or authenticity of any item unless specifically stated otherwise. It is the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, to judge the value, condition, and authenticity of merchandise and bid accordingly. We disclaim responsibility for any opinions expressed by the auctioneer or others as to the value of any item. Please use the preview times to inspect all items prior to bidding on them. All sales are final.

We do not guarantee the authenticity of any signature.

Jewelry

Jewelry is guaranteed to be as cataloged except as follows: Colored stones are not guaranteed. Measurements are approximate and are guaranteed to be within 20%. Any stone grading and conditions are not guaranteed. All weights are for the entire piece including all stones and workings. All watches are sold "as is." SebastianCharles does not guarantee any information in outside appraisals. Items marked as "tested gold" are not marked but have been tested for gold content. If an item must be returned because it is not as cataloged (i.e. gold content, diamond, etc), SebastianCharles must be notified within 10 business days of the auction date. After that, all sales are final. No return can be made on any piece that has been altered.
