Artist Bio: Salvador Dalí (1904–1989) was a Spanish surrealist artist known for his dreamlike imagery and eccentric personality. Born in Figueres, Spain, he studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid. Dalí's works, such as The Persistence of Memory, feature melting clocks and distorted forms, reflecting his fascination with psychoanalysis and the subconscious. His distinctive style and technical mastery made him one of the most influential surrealist artists of the 20th century.
