Helen Cordero was a renowned Cochiti Pueblo potter and artist, born in 1915 and passing away in 1994. She is celebrated for her groundbreaking work in reviving the traditional storyteller figurine in Native American pottery. Cordero's innovative creations, often depicting scenes of Pueblo life, earned her widespread recognition and accolades within the art world.
