Per the artist: Cynthia Costello is an award-winning artist based in France whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally and in the United States. Her artistic expression is translated through distinctive landscapes, seascapes, village scenes, and captured moments of everyday life. Costello most often employs oils and pastels in her creative process, using brushes and knives.

General Shipping Requirements:
- The shipping address must match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment.
